Mend support

For help installing Mend, managing your plan, or using the shopper support agent, email support@mend.so.

Include your myshopify.com store domain and a short description of what you were doing. Do not send passwords, payment details, or customer verification codes.

Storefront installation

1. In Shopify Admin, open Online Store → Themes → Customize.
2. Open App embeds and enable Mend Chat.
3. Save the theme, then open the storefront to test the widget.
